New Book:

Dr. Horowitz is releasing his third science book through Simon and Schuster in 2026, called 'Ending Chronic Illness: A Revolutionary New Program to Reverse Inflammation and Heal Persistent Disease.’ This book is a summation of his 41 years of clinical practice, helping over 13,000 chronically ill patients. Ending Chronic Illness will address a broad range of chronic diseases, illustrating how the 16 point MSIDS map he has developed, which has been so effective in helping those suffering with Chronic Lyme disease/PTLDS can also be used to help in other diseases. This includes, but is not limited to, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Alzheimer's, Allergies and Asthma, the 3 B's (Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella), Cardiovascular disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Cancer, Digestive disorders, Environmental toxicity, Functional Medicine approaches to illness, Mood and Pain disorders, as well as chronic viral infections and Long Covid.

 

A Randomized, Multicenter Trial for Chronic Lyme Disease (CLD)/PTLDS:

Dr. Horowitz is actively working to get an NIH trial done to prove that his groundbreaking approach to chronic Lyme using biofilm/persister drugs like dapsone combination therapy, combined with addressing inflammatory factors on the 16 point MSIDS map can help relieve the suffering of those with this devastating illness. This randomized trial will presently involve Mt Sinai in NYC, the University of California San Francisco and potentially an Arizona university.
