We would like to inform our patients and community that the Hudson Valley Healing Arts Center, the medical office of Dr. Richard Horowitz, will be closing and transitioning out of clinical care at the end of December 2025.
After this date, Dr. Horowitz will no longer be seeing patients, but he will continue his important work by consulting with other physicians and focusing his time on assisting with a randomized clinical trial aimed at advancing treatment for Chronic Lyme Disease (CLD) / Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS).
